Interesting to learn about this. I have been recently blogging on my fitness blog about the fact the charts say I need to be about 30lbs less than what I am. I don't look obese but the charts say I am. I am currently about 200lb. I started off the year at 211 lbs and lost about 10 during community wide program called the Greater Greenville Shrinkdown but since then I have been on a Plateau. I'm interested in any advice I can to get off that plateau. If anyone want to look over my blog posts (just follow the link in my name) and provide any advice I would appreciate it.
